Can you please recommend the supplements necessary.
thank you,
sam
Hi Sam,
Thanks for your comment! You are correct – we don’t have the adrenal protocol uploaded at this time. Hopefully we will get that up soon. In regards to which supplements are best for adrenal fatigue, I have shared my thoughts below. For best results, choose the supplements which best match your main symptoms:
Different products are designed to address different parts of the adrenal fatigue pattern. Its important to remember that not everyone has the same symptoms of adrenal fatigue – symptoms vary widely and so the products and tools we use to address them also vary.
For Mild and Acute Stress –
Nusera – chew 1-2 per day for acute, stressful moments.
For Moderate Stress, including dizzyness, craving salt, and painful joints/muscles –
Licorice Plus – 1-4 per day herbal support that will increase cortisol naturally and improve blood flow; helps prevent dizziness and increases tolerance to stress.
Cortico B5/B6 – Take 1 am w/ food, 1 noon w/ food. High doses of B5 and B6 and Vitamin C necessary to produce Coenzyme A (CoA), a key energy molecule; also helps with adrenal hormones and supports healthy response to stress and low blood sugar.
Biosom – Take 1-6 dosages per day. Dissolve 20 seconds then swallow. Liposomal DHEA which helps combat low sex hormone levels and improve resistance to stress and immune health.
Overactive HPA Axis, when feeling mentally wired and worried –
Serenagen – 2 tablets per day. Powerful blend of Chinese herbs which are demonstrated to calm and sooth excessive tension, esp. on the heart.
Tran-Q – 1 tablet 3x per day. A classic herbal stress management formula designed to promote relaxation in individuals who feel overwhelmed and physically tense.
Underactive HPA Axis, when feeling mentally fatigued and tired –
Exhilarin – 2 tablets per day. Designed in the tradition of Ayurvedic medicine to increase stress tolerance and help maintain mental acuity.
Adreset – 2 capsules 2x per day. Designed to build resilience and enhance stamina in individuals who are feeling weak and fatigued due to stress.
I feel horrible Dr. Rostenberg. PLEASE HELP. I’m feeling extreme stress and anxiety. I am an uneducated vegan. I’m so lost and it’s turning into a depression. My doctor said I was low in vitamin D but said they couldn’t check my protein. I feel on edge. I’m dizzy, weak legs, feel like I will pass out when standing or trying to walk somewhere, heart race and palpitations. I’m lost and don’t know what to do. I can’t even do things with my daughter who is 9 years old. I’m not near you due to me residing in Maryland.
Hi Sherelle,
Thanks for your comment! Clearly you are suffering from a consequence of malnutrition. The body needs nutrients to feel its best, and due to stress, toxins and diets that aren’t effective we become chronically ill. Remember that your body doesn’t make mistakes; it is literally perfect and acts always in your best interest. If you are feeling as low as you describe then given the environment inside your body that is the best your body can do for you right now. But you have the power to change how your body works. Even though you live in Maryland, we can still work together. I work with patients from all over the English-speaking world on a daily basis. And we can help you find your answers too. The best thing to do is reach out and contact my office redmountainclinic@gmail.com and 208-322-7755. Please reach out and let us help you move forward and get your life back!

So I have a doctor in my area that states to heal adrenals. They press down on my stomach and reach the adrenals to calm them down. They also give Adrenal day and night pills along with Cortisol pills. I was told this will help calm down my anxiety and panic. How can you Dr. Rostenberg heal my adrenals without touching me or running test? It’s just a question because I’m in serious need of help and don’t have money to be wasting. I NEED SERIOUS HELP!!! Im weak, and have terrible anxiety and low vitamin D. I know you said you could help me from a distance. The doctor here is not really helpful by the way.
Hi Sherelle,
Thank you for your comment. We work with patients all over the world to help them find their own, unique solution to healing. When we work over the phone or skype we perform in-depth interviews/history/etc. and support diet, supplements, and testing via blood, urine, stool, saliva, genetics, etc. We have been able to help people who have severe adrenal fatigue, mold poisoning, chemical toxicity, genetic imbalances, diabetes, autoimmune conditions, and more. Our process is comprehensive and focused on individual needs, and it can help you heal. You will be better! Please reach out and contact my office 208-322-7755 and redmountainclinic@gmail.com.

Dr. Rosenberg,
I watched this video on YouTube and found your website. I take a supplement for adrenals and I take vitamin B-12. I just want to thank you for your video and I will be using your website for education. I bought the book that you showed on the video, about 5 years ago, if that tells you how long I’ve been dealing with this. I gained 55lbs in six months and now I have a fat, round belly, but I’m too tired to exercise, even walking. If I exercise on machines such as the elliptical, I exhaust easily.
Since this started I have hypertension, my depression/anxiety has become worse, I have IBS, I had to have my gallbladder removed due to the massive inflammation, I’ve gained weight quickly and can’t lose it. I all too well know the fight or flight feeling. I worked in the pharmacy profession and the last pharmacy that I worked in was an extremely stressful and tense environment and this time us when l my issues started and I felt the FF response daily and now that I’ve left the profession and made some changes, I still can’t get back to my old self.
Thank you for your education and your willingness to share it
Thank you for making the video. It is very interesting. My boyfriend may have adrenal fatigue, he has all the symptoms. He gets panic attacks while driving his 18wheeler. He takes pharmaceuticals which i don’t believe are helping. He has low testosterone, & i thought that was all & that he needed a testosterone patch; but you have shown me that it’s a symptom of a deeper problem. I need to know what vitamins & foods he should be taking to get him off of the pharmaceuticals that are nothing but a crappy bandage. I tell him that certain doctors & pharmaceutical companies have a deal to push pills just to make money while patients continue to suffer. Please help us understand how to get him really healthy.
Thank you.
